Learn what's next for West Dallas
The West Dallas Chamber's annual Focus on the Future luncheon will be held Friday, Sept. 6, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Presented by Texas Capital Bank, keynote speaker for the event will be Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings.
The luncheon will be held at 3015 at Trinity Groves and is chaired by chamber board member Tom Dennis.

Dallas Marathon Returns
So does West Dallas Loop
Last year, the White Rock Marathon changed its name to the Dallas Marathon and did something it had never done before.
It crossed the Trinity River.
25,000 runners left downtown and headed directly into West Dallas. There, welcoming them along a two-mile loop were bands and more 20+ charity groups vying for cash awards for their hospitality.
